Confirmation Of Booking

Payment Terms:
- 25% Advance payable on confirmation of booking (non-refundable).
- Balance payable in full 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Provisional bookings:

  • Will be held for 3 days and cancelled automatically.

Confirmed bookings :

  • Prior to 60 days 25% advance received forfeitted
  • 59 days – 0 days prior to arrival date 100% of the total booking is forfeitted (excluding Concession & Community development Fees)

Amendments:
Amendments involving a change in date or reduction in rooms will be liable for the above cancellation charges at the discretion of management.

Payments:
All Payments shall be done United States Dollar (US. $) by Cheque (subject to realiasation of Credit), Bankers Draft or by a wire transfer (free of any financial transaction charges)
