Rates & Offers

Eco Lodge Africa is pleased to offer two guest stay plan – a nightly stay with full board and an all inclusive plan. Rates are quoted in USD$ and include government tax. These rates are applicable for the period from August 15, 2010 through March 31, 2011, and from June 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011.

Room with Full Board – Rack Rate $365 per person sharing per night

Rates Include:

• Accommodation based on  per person sharing, per night
• Full Board: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
• Grumeti Wildlife Reserve Concession Fees for our area during length of stay

Rates Exclude:

• Telephone Calls
• Laundry services
• All Activities – Game Drives, Guided Nature Walks, Sundowners, Serengeti Park Game Drives, Serengeti Balloon Safaris
• Transfers to and from Camp
• Gratuities and all items of personal nature

All Inclusive Package – Rack Rate $445 per person sharing per night

Rates Include:

• Accommodation based on Adult per person sharing, per night
• Full Board: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
• One activity per day at Eco Lodge – Game drives, Guided Nature Walk, Sundowner
• All Inclusive drinks – House wine, beer, soda, juice, and water
• Grumeti Wildlife Reserve Concession Fees for our area during length of stay

Rates Exclude:

• Telephone Calls
• Laundry services
• Other Activities Serengeti Park Game Drives, Serengeti Balloon Safaris
• Transfers to & from the Camp
• Premium wine and distilled spirits
• Gratuities and all items of personal nature
• Single supplement of 50% is charged on per person sharing rate

Low Season Rates

For the period of April and May 2011, the following rates shall apply.

Room with Full Board – Rack Rate $220 per person sharing per night

All Inclusive Package – Rack Rate $275 per person sharing per night

Tour Leader

Tour Leaders will have special accommodations and pay a rate of $95 per night.

Easter Supplement

US$35 per person per day applicable to bookings on the 22nd, 23rd, 24th of April 2011

Christmas & New Years Supplements

US$35 per person per day applicable to bookings on December 24th, 25th, 26th and 31st of December 2010 and January 1, 2011.

Day Room:

Day Rooms allowing a check out time of 6:00 PM may be arranged at 75% of the contract rate.

Sharing Policy:

• We can accommodate 2 guests per tent in either one king or two twin beds
• Additional one portable bed for Child when shared in Double rooms.

• Applications for provisional or confirmed reservations to be sent either by a voucher or an email.
• Eco Lodge Africa shall, upon receipt of reservation form make a provisional booking which will be held for 3 days.
• 30% Advance payable on confirmation of booking and the balance due 30 days prior to the arrival of the guest(s). Bookings not secured by appropriate advance will be released.
• We request all activities eg. game drives must be pre-booked one (1) month in advance and confirmation shall be issued subject to availability.

If the canceling agent/guest is able to find a replacement, no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival and the replaced clients confirm booking individually with payment, no retention of funds will take place.

Early Departures policy:

Should any guest(s) request for an early departure, no refund will be granted

• Check-in-time: After 3:00 PM; Early check ins may be available upon request
• Check-out-time: 11.00am

Whilst Eco Lodge Africa will ensure that all anticipated accommodation will be available as planned, there shall be no claim of any nature against Eco Lodge Africa for a refund, whether in part or whole, if any accommodation and/or excursion is unavailable and reasonable alternative was found for or if guests were unable to make use of the services for any reason.

Registration:

All guests will be obliged during check-in, to sign a registration and indemnity card reflecting the terms and conditions which they will subject to, and which they will at all times observe, whilst staying in the camp.

Eco Lodge Africa, nor its employees, can be held responsible for any loss, injury or death howsoever caused.

Payment Policy:

All reservations shall be pre-paid in full, latest 30 days before arrival. Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (U.S.$). Payments can be made in cash (USD or TSH only), credit card (Visa and Mastercard only) or by a wire transfer free of any bank charges. A surcharge of 5% will apply to all payment made by credit cards.
